David and I try to stay healthy using proper nutrition and exercise. We believe that it is important to take care of our bodies, and we don’t want to have health issues now, or as we grow older. When we treat our bodies like a temple of God that they are, we obtain physical, emotional, and spiritual blessings.
“Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and God’s Spirit lives in you?” – 1 Corinthians 3:16 CEB
